Imperial: 3-chamber profile system; profile width 65 mm, wall thickness 1,7 - 2,0 mm, Rigid profile, enabling door constructions with maximum wing width (biggest size tested by the Institute for Building Techniques). maximum sizes: width 1300 mm x height 2200 mm, width 1200 mm x 2400 height. 24 mm wide thermal insulating inlay made of glass poliamide with glass fibre filling to increase mechanical strength of the joint subjected to multidirectional stresses. Excellent quality of kneaded connection by Aliplast Sp. z o.o. in Lublin. the thermal insulating inlay incorporates a sealing filament Coex which, during the powder lacquer drying process, creates reliable vapour barrier and assures excellent watertightness. The Imperial door profiles feature heat transfer coefficient = 2,2 - 2,3 W/m2K, corresponding to DIN 4108, material group 2.1. (material group 2.1 and 1.0 specifies heat transfer coefficient range respectively 2.0 - 2.8 W/m2K and less than 2.0W/m2K). T type joints eliminate the risk of twisting by using two independent connectors. Glass panels up to 51 mm thick can be assembled.
